We’ve been spending our time in Alanya every year for the past 10 years. And we thought we knew everything about this town. But actually, after visiting Salam Residence, we were surprised. It’s so comfortable, so calm and quiet here—we’ve never been to a place like this before. It has everything you need—
, a separate 9th floor for women, and the Holy Quran available in the lobby—all of which create a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this residence for families.
The host is also very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very beautiful and clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. All the sheets and towels were clean. The balcony had a nice view of the mosque and the sea.
We loved the women-only swimming pool; it looked nice and was clean. The apartment’s location was very good. We were also happy with how the host communicated with us whenever we had questions. We also want to say that the man who arranged the key handover helped us a lot! He was very kind.
Thank you for our stay and we would love to come back—it was perfect.

Othman was very responsive and helpful, and the furniture is great and of high quality. The residence is excellent; you have everything you need, including indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, a cinema, a kids’ club, a steam room, and a sauna.

The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the profile photos and comes with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay for a family of up to four people.
The sea view from the balcony is amazing. The only issue is the weak internet connection (I assume it’s the provider’s fault).
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and Othman as a place to stay for your vacation.

A top-notch residence for families, with an immaculately clean apartment offering views of the sea and mosques!
It has all the amenities you need for a great week, including a pool for men and children with a slide, and a women-only pool on the top floor with no overlooking buildings!
The apartment is close to all amenities and just 200 meters from the beach! We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you to the host—everything was great. The apartment and grounds were clean and well-maintained. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation or a halal getaway. The location is fantastic. There’s a convenient elevator. There’s a game room, a gym, a sauna, and a hammam. The pool and women’s gym are separate. The sea is very close by, and the beach is clean. There’s a pool with a slide in the courtyard; kids can swim and slide down the water slide anytime. The barbecue area is fantastic, and there’s table tennis in the courtyard.

This is a residential complex, not a hotel. It’s right on the beach, with nice pools—both indoor and outdoor—which is a real plus right now, since many complexes don’t heat their pools in the winter. All in all, the ViA Mar residential complex gets a solid five stars. The only downside is the price, whether you’re renting or buying. But that’s the case everywhere...

The crystal-clear sea is just a few meters away, and various shops are within walking distance.
Living here is simply a dream, but the price reflects that.
