Every year through 10 years we are spending our time in Alanya. And we think that we know all about this town. But actually, after visiting Salam Residence we have been surprised. So comfortable, so calm and quiet here,we have never been in places like that before. There is all of you need.
Separate 9th floor for women, reading Holly Quran in hall, all of these have created very atmospheric accommodation. I'm highly recommend this residence for families.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The apartment was very beautiful and clean. Exactly like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. All the sheets and towels were clean. The balcony had a nice mosque and sea view.
We loved the ladies only swimming pool, it also looked nice and was clean. The location of the apartment was very good. And also we were happy with the communication with the host when we had questions. We also want to say that the man who arranged handing over the key, helped us a lot! He was very kind.
Thank you for our stay and we would love to come back, it was perfect.

Was one of the best vacations ever and I would like to the host Othman for the high level of credibility and support that made our stay that amazing.
The apartment and the residence are exactly matching the photos that you see on Airbnb.
Othman was very responsive and helpfull, the furniture is great and with a great quality. The residence is excellent, you have everything you need, indoor and outdoor pools, private beach, cinema and kids club steam and sauna.

Nice stay and great experiance of summer vacation near by Alanya.
The apartment itself is compleatly coresponding to the pictures in profile with all necesary facilities for comfortable stay of the family up to 4 people.
The sea view from the balcony is amaizing. Probably one issue - is the weak internet connection (I guess provider fault).
In the overall I can strongly recommend this apartment and Othman for consideration of your vacation place of stay.

Спасибо хозяину, все было отлично. Чистая, ухоженная квартира и территория. Идеальное место для семейного и халяльного отдыха. Шикарное местоположение. Удобный лифт. Игровая, тренажерная, сауна, хамам. Бассейр и тренажерная для женщин отдельно. Море очень близко, пляж чистый. Во дворе бассейн с горкой, дети в любое время могут купаться и кататься на водяной горке. Зона барбекю шикарная, настольный тенис во дворее

Это жилой комплекс а не гостиница.Первая линия,хорошие бассейны и открытый,что приятно радует сейчас.Так как во многих комплексах не греют зимние бассейны.Вобщем твердая пятерка жилому комплексу ВиА Мар.Единственный минус это цена и на сьем и на покупку.Но это везде так.....

Рядом, всего в нескольких метрах чистейшее море, в шаговой доступности различные магазины.
Просто сказка жить здесь, но и цена соответствует.

Very clean and good location close to the sea. What's more, the luxury of being able to use the Turkish hammam free of charge for my wife and I was the icing on the cake!
