The residence enjoys an exceptional location in Kargıcak—Alanya’s quietest and greenest neighborhood—less than a minute’s walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and the mosque. The neighborhood is bustling with its many shops and restaurants, some of which are open 24/7.

The ruins of Syedra and Sapadere Canyon are great for day trips. Jet skiing, ATV riding, parasailing, diving, and rafting are available in the area.
