We start with a concept (Islamic and/or waterfront) and then develop it based on the expectations and desires of the buyers, whom we regularly survey thanks to the direct relationship we maintain, particularly through our phone conversations and surveys within the homeowners’ association.

We’ve thought of everything—we offer complete furnishing packages for every aspect of your home (beds, wardrobes, sofas, curtains, kitchenware, appliances, etc.) so that your apartment is ready to move into as soon as you or your tenants arrive.
You’re free to choose whether or not to select each package we’ll offer directly through the co-ownership group.
We offer these services for dozens of units, which allows us to provide complete furnishing packages at lower prices and higher quality than what you could find on your own (since we buy in bulk)—all to help you save energy, money, and, above all, time.
