The residence enjoys an exceptional location in Kargıcak—Alanya’s quietest and greenest neighborhood—less than a minute’s walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and the mosque.
The neighborhood is bustling, with plenty of shops and restaurants, some of which are open 24/7. Joggers can run along the coast and make use of the public workout stations. Open the window to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves—perfect for drifting off.

The ruins of Syedra and Sapadere Canyon are great for day trips. Jet skiing, ATV riding, parasailing, diving, and rafting are available in the area.
