Spend a few days at Turkey’s most beautiful resort: Via Mar, a complex offering an entire unit in an ultra-luxury residence that’s one of a kind. Water slides, a game room, and an outdoor playground. Fitness center & spa with professional-grade equipment. Direct access to the residence’s private beach from the over 42-meter-long pool, featuring loungers in the water, fountains, and a jacuzzi. Easy access to nearby shops so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The neighborhood is bustling, with plenty of shops and restaurants—some of which are open 24/7. Joggers can run along the coast and make use of the public outdoor workout equipment. Open the window if you want to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves—it’s the perfect way to drift off.

There is a bus stop and taxi service near the residence. We also offer car, ATV, scooter, and electric tuk-tuk rentals. Upon request, we can arrange for a driver to pick you up (and drop you off) at the airport and take you to the residence (a 15-minute ride).

The building is secure: it features a surveillance camera system, a reinforced door, and 24/7 security, despite a virtually non-existent crime rate.

Things to do near the residence

Kargıcak is one of the quietest and cleanest neighborhoods in Alanya—a unique blend of sea air and the mountain air of the Taurus Mountains, with the scent of citrus groves. Kargıcak Beach and Mahmutlar Beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. For history buffs, Alanya Castle and the Red Tower (Kızıl Kule) are a 15-minute drive away. The ancient ruins of Syedra are worth a half-day excursion. The Sapadere Canyon—with its waterfall and crystal-clear waters—is a must-see for families. Jet skiing, paddleboarding, and parasailing are available at the surrounding beaches.
